    A: You may search for chemical products by selecting the Product option when searching on ChemFrog. You may search by Chemical Name/CAS/SMILES/InChI. You may also search by structure by selecting the Structure option when searching.

    You may search for chemical suppliers by selecting the Supplier option when searching on ChemFrog. You may search by the supplier's full name or keywords.

    You may also search for stock products by selecting the Stock Product option when searching on ChemFrog. You may search by Chemical Name/CAS/SMILES/InChI. You may also search by structure by drawing the structure first and select the Stock Product option.

     

    Q: Why should I post selling leads on ChemFrog?
    A: ChemFrog is an international platform with chemical buyers and suppliers from over 190 countries worldwide. Your selling leads will be displayed to buyers from all around the world.

     

    Q: What are ChemFrog points and plans?
    A: ChemFrog points are used to post selling leads, set Vantage Top Ranking and etc. ChemFrog offers a wide variety of plans containing different amount of ChemFrog points. You may purchase ChemFrog points by selecting an appropriate ChemFrog plan under My ChemFrog > ChemFrog Plans > Plans.

    You may receive 500 FREE ChemFrog points by registering a ChemFrog account using your company Email and completing your profile OR receive 50 FREE ChemFrog points using your personal Email and completing your profile.

     

    Q: How can I earn ChemFrog points?
    A: You may earn ChemFrog points:

    1. By answering other users' questions in the Q&A program.
    2. By uploading useful information to the Sharing Center. You may earn ChemFrog points when other users download your sharing info.
    3. By purchasing ChemFrog plans.

     

    Q: What is Vantage Top Ranking?
    A: ChemFrog lists chemical products from many suppliers from over 190 countries worldwide. The position of your selling lead listed in ChemFrog determines how likely your selling lead will be viewed and inquired by buyers. Vantage Top Ranking ensures your product is listed in the top 3 positions of the listings.

     

    Q: What is ChemFrog Sharing Center?
    A: ChemFrog Sharing Center is a platform for ChemFrog users to share useful information. You may share and upload information to the Sharing Center for other users to download. You will receive reward points when other users download your information.

    You may also search and download information uploaded by other users by searching on ChemFrog's homepage.

     

    Q: What is ChemFrog Q&A?
    A: ChemFrog Q&A is a platform for ChemFrog users to discuss chemistry related questions. You may raise any questions you have about chemistry or a specific chemical. You are strongly recommended to answer other users' questions to earn reward points.

     

    Q: What is ChemFrog Custom Synthesis and Manufacturing?
    A: ChemFrog Custom Syn/Mfg is a searching option for buyers to search for potential suppliers with specific synthetic and/or manufacturing capacities. You are recommended to update your Custom Synthesis profile from time to time.

     

    Q: How can I post selling leads in batch?
    A: If you have large amount of products which you would like to list on ChemFrog, you may upload your product file(s) in Excel(97-2003) and SD File formats to My ChemFrog > Selling Leads > Post Selling Leads in Batch. You may also zipped the file into GZ format to save time when uploading.

     

    Q: Can I register more than once using the same Email address?
    A: No. An Email may only be used to register one ChemFrog account.
